Kerry's Manic-Depressive Flair for Drama & Histrionics
Kerry has been quite bipolar throughout this difficult process, which he is fully responsible for creating.From the very beginning he has tried to appear detached, professional, and aloof, with carbon copied e-mails always addressed to "Dear Beneficiaries". He ignores personal family correspondence entirely, claiming he is acting on advice of his attorneys. Supposedly, Eden Rose Brown and P. Freeman Green have to authorize every communication and contact with his brothers and sisters and continually review and edit his correspondence, no doubt billing the estate at the rate of $350.00 per hour for their services. As Kerry describes it- "To protect myself, I have been advised to treat all beneficiaries equally, so as to not appear to be side-barring or communicating improperly with any one individual and/or select group of beneficiaries. Thus, my silence." And yet, on several occasions, Kerry has unleashed a tsunami of anger, ad hominem attacks, insults, and character assassination which he claims was also approved by his sycophant lawyers. He is incapable of a professional, mature, and adult dialogue of issues and concerns, but he has a flair for self-pity and drama that is quite remarkable. This might be a good time to see a specialist for appropriate medication and counseling. Here are some highlights: "The result has been a hurtful, time-consuming and costly barrage from Rob personally attacking me and making me out to be some sort of evil, conniving creature..." "All of this has put me in a difficult and extremely frustrating position by creating an environment of mistrust and wrongdoing, with all of his accusations and claims of mismanagement, based on hearsay and his many misinterpretations of the trust." "I am deeply saddened and troubled that my own brother--a brother who I looked up to for so many years--is using everything at his disposal to attack me and making so many erroneous and horrendous claims about me and about my actions regarding Liz and her Trust." "...your claims and accusations of pre-Trust activities go far beyond the parameters of the Trust and even border on absurdity." "Done with Rob's Insanity!" "I have come to the conclusion that, while you claim over and over that you have the support of six of the beneficiaries, you indeed must not. The silence of the other six leads me to believe that they are not in agreement with your outrageous and idiotic claims. Perhaps, they are simply unwilling to speak their own minds in order to avoid the same kind of insane and obnoxious digital tongue-lashing that I have been subjected to for several months now." "As for your double-talk about possible litigation and then recent claims that there will be no litigation: I believe this about as much as one would believe someone involved in a fender-bender who agrees to handle things privately between themselves and not involve insurance companies and/or lawyers, only to later be sued." "Have you dug a hole so deep for yourself that you don't know how to climb out? Come on Rob-admit you were wrong, move on with your life, and leave us all alone." "And now you're asking for pre-death information again. First you say you “won't even ask for verification.” Then, you ask for the same information, but this time you want it “verifiable.” I prefer to not get on your slippery slope, Rob. You want information you're not entitled to? Sue me, pay up, or shut up! And all or nothing-not just one piece of information at a time. I'm done with your constant stream of email garbage-you really do need to get a life and let us all get on with ours." "...Rob, as the self-proclaimed purveyor of truth, has woven a sordid and complex theory of trust mismanagement, real estate scheming, and general abuse of his beloved aunt Liz and her estate." "...claims might eventually force me out as Liz's Trust Manager, cost me everything I own, land me in jail, affect my ability to ever find another job, and cause my own wife and children to question and disrespect me." "He seems convinced that the further he digs into my personal life, the more dastardly and compelling his theories will become."
